Support for early childhood educational center created and run by Arci in East Jerusalem

The project is to strengthen the hospital and the health care system in the district of Pujehun, in particular by improving access to quality health services for mothers and children, in an area where maternal and infant mortality is among the highest in the world. At the level of the hospital initiative will provide support to maternity and pediatrics, as well as the overall management of the hospital, while ensuring the training of health personnel. At the district level will instead offer technical assistance for the planning of health activities and staff training will be provided for peripherals; 5 health units become centers of assisted delivery and will be strengthened campaigns to inform and educate communities about the health of mothers and children.
