Request for Proposal: Website Maintenance Services

We’re opening the floor to proposals for maintaining and hosting our WordPress websites. This partnership will include services such as website updates, security monitoring, bug fixing, troubleshooting, development, and being on standby for any arising issues or questions. The successful provider (European cooperative) will be expected to deliver quality, timely, and consistent services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Expertise: Strong background in WordPress and DIVI.
  • Responsiveness: Ability to respond to queries and issues within 48 hours.
  • Reliability: Proven track record of consistent and timely service delivery.

Budget and Timeline

  • Budget: +- 1200 Euros per year. (to be determined)
  • Proposal Deadline: September 20, 2023. – Extended by three weeks until 6 October
  • Decision Date: September 25, 2023. (new date 11 October)
