Cooperatives Europe’s Gender & Diversity Focus Group Returns in 2026

Following the successful launch of its Gender Equality & Diversity Focus Group last year, Cooperatives Europe is pleased to announce a new series of meetings for 2026, so mark your calendar!

The Gender & Diversity Focus Group provides a dedicated platform for cooperative members and external experts to engage in open, forward-looking dialogue on key issues related to gender and diversity. The initiative aims to stimulate meaningful discussion, exchange knowledge and good practices, and gather insights on gender-related initiatives across Europe.

In 2026, discussions will explore innovation, the circular economy, digital transformation, and the role of networks—all examined through a gender and cooperative lens.

Our first session is just around the corner:
Join us online on 12 March, from 10:00 to 11:30 CET, for “Cultivating Innovation: The Role of Women-Led Cooperatives.”
